Calco Trusses and Timber has been supplying the Circ project to Burbank Urban over a series of months throughout 2019. The project consists of 104 two and three storey townhouses in the suburb of Pt Cook, Melbourne.

The supply has consisted of prefabricated walls, floor and truss systems and has been challenging due to varied design elements.

We have been grateful for the opportunity to work closely with the teams at Burbank Urban in their estimating departments through the design and costing process as well as the on site teams, who have been well organised.

This type of work and project is familiar to Calco, having done many of its kind. We recognise the demands of on time supply and co ordinating delivery around site cranes and work flow however our involvement with these type of jobs starts way before product rolls up on site. We are available through the design, planning and costing phases to assist our client in achieving outcomes and price points.

Safety performance and behaviours on such a project is paramount and we are confident in our safety systems and our on site drivers are trained to comply to the on site requirements of the client.
