We have recently been awarded the pre fab supply for the 39 unit retirement village project with Pinnacle living. Geoff, Greg, and John have been great to work with and everything seems to be moving along really well. We have already supplied pre fab walls and trusses for 7 of the 39 units with another 6 to quickly follow.

This is stage 3 of the development in Clifton springs with approx. 100 homes already completed and occupied. The occupants of the village also have access to a state of the art community centre, which Calco also supplied the pre fab trusses for approx. 12 months ago . The community centre that was built by Rendine constructions recently won an award for excellence in commercial construction $1m - $3m.
