Josh “Howie" Howard has been with Calco for 5 years , now working as a senior truss assembler. During this time, Josh has proven to be a loyal and committed employee and is always willing to help others, particularly new trainees.

Josh is very reliable and is seen a leader amongst the Calco team in the Truss Plant. His attitude towards quality and strong work ethic are well recognised – well done Josh on achieving 5 years with Calco - that’s a lot of trusses !
